Hotel O J2 Service Apartment

They demanded me for extra cash, even though i paid the mm t app. And the worst part is that they provided me with a very small room which does not even have a bathroom. There was a common unhygienic toilet which we were forced to use because of our emergency. There was no dustbin or mineral water provided. Nasty bedsheets and pillows. Overall everything made this a terrible stay.

The employees show professionalism and comfort. I had a great time in this room, which provided all the facilities i needed.

I express my gratitude to the management and staff for providing excellent, welcoming, and attentive service. Enjoyed it.

On my check in day they have delayed me like 2 hours and refused to give me a room. Then provided me a single room with out any facility. A small conjusted room with a fan only. For wash room i have to come down and provided a dirty common wash room. Most of the time i have to wait for taking bath like 20 minutes

On arrival, i had an unprofessional reception. I was then shown into a small room with a double cot on which there was a dirty single matress in the center exposing the remaining plywood on either sides. This made me to immediately rush to the reception and request for a better room with an attached bathroom at least. Then, i was told that it would cost extra to which i accepted. Subsequently, i was asked go to a nearby property which had filthy rooms and filthier bathrooms. So, i rushed back to the j2 apartment's reception and pleaded if they had better rooms themselves. To this i got an 'yes, but was quoted 3 times more than what i had prepaid for the stay in makemytrip. Finally, i was shown into a decent room with not very clean amenities. Given the time constraints and the limited knowledge of the options for an alternative accommodation, i had to overpay and adjust in the room.

Simply waste. Simply waste
