businessThe room given is very congested, no ventilation, ac cooling is worst, no cleanliness, no dustbin in the room, service is worst, i think it's better to stay yatri niwas in mandir or gurudwara sahib then this hotel for stay. Worst experience of life.

familyWe booked this hotel in advance as we were reaching jammu in midnight. However this hotel denied us the check-in in the midnight saying that there are no rooms available. They also told mmt send booking regularly but we don't take booking from them. I was with my family, i have to search the hotel in the midnight at 1pm that too at very unsafe area. The worst thing is that mmt has still not refunded my money. Beware of booking this scam hotel!

soloUnclean linen was provided bathroom was dirty, missing tap knobs, cringy overall. Almost bought harpic to clean it myself i could feel the mattress springs. No food provision. Note that before selecting the so called saver plan.

Dirty, burned bed sheet and blanckets. Damaged wash basins, flush of toilet was not working, room was smelly. There was no door mate. Bad experience.
