It was a decent and clean room. Food served was also tasty. You can get a bus nearby to go to panjim. Many shops also nearby and beach is just 7-8 minutes walk. If you don’t want any frills then this is a reasonably priced decent option.

Quiet location close to miramar beach for a very decent price. Rooms are big and offer basic amenities including tv. Staff is friendly and helpful. Due to wifi issue i cannot recommend it to someone wishing to work there. Would book this hotel again.

Rooms are not good. There was no washroom cleaned. They don't support people with differently able the food cost was very high in the restaurants and they don't support much for the visually challenged stairs.

The hotel rooms are really big and spacious…the bed sheet in my room had a stain which ideally needs to be taken care of..the location is great situated right across the beach..garden area is peaceful..I would rate less because the rooms and washrooms need renovation..specially the washrooms..

Our location of the Hotel is on the Maps - it is where we have been for over three decades. As for the water issue, the tap below the basin was closed and only once you open it, you get water supply. We never have water problems as we have a consistent source of water. As far as tea bags are concerned, we don’t have this facility but kettles are provided on request. Please be more realistic before giving negative feedback.
