I stayed at this property for two nights along with my family. The location of the resort is about 5 min drive from the beach. The entire property is very well maintained. Mr Sanjay looked after all our requirements very efficiently. The room was very comfortable, it has spacious sit out area and lotus pond at the entrance. The buffet was elaborate and tasty with multiple options. All in all an excellent choice for stay in Diveagar.

I recently stayed at Hotel Exotica and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and comfortable — definitely a plus point for anyone looking for a decent stay. However, I was quite disappointed with the breakfast arrangement. They kept the buffet setup in an open area even though it was raining, which made it inconvenient and uncomfortable for guests. I requested the staff to shift it or make some alternate arrangement, but unfortunately, there was no response or action taken. If the management improves on responsiveness and guest experience during such situations, it would make the stay much better.

Stay was excellent..Good enough space inside property itself.. Different kind of rooms to choose from..Rooms were clean and quite big..Walk to beach is around 400 to 500mtrs..one can definitely book for price range of 3k to 5k

Hi, We had a stay in monsoon season in August'25. The resort is very nice,with clean rooms, facilities and food was too good. The Staff was helpfull too... As there was heavy rainfall there was too much water near our room. It's suitable to visit between October to May. Would like to stay and enjoy in Summers.

Location is convenient. Food is food, service awesome. Facility super. Worth exploring for peace lovers.

We had a very lovely time in Exotica Beach Retreats. The rooms are excellent with beautiful view of a huge pond full of lilies and fishes. The breakfast spread is also nice. The amenities like swimming pool, cycles, kid zone all are quite nice. This is the best resort in Diveagar.

No staff to take care ! No electricity in premises Don’t go with family it’s horrible experience

It was a great experience staying at Exotica beach retreat. The food is nice and the place is very calm and comforting. The ponds they have in front of the villas are really mesmerising and calm. Will for sure visit again.

In the summer of may, this place remains cool and you really don't need to go out...u can spend the whole day or 2 inside resorts itself...best part is service ....for any issue...attendants / manager are just call away

It is Nice property and green around but the staff service is very slow they don’t provide water on time and not even food and sometimes they forgot as well. Property maintenance is not done. Food taste is nice but the service and maintenance of resort should focus.
