The hotel service was very poor and the staff was not helpful at all. Overall experience was unsatisfactory, I would not recommend this hotel.

No food. Food has to come from swiggy etc.Far away from city.most rooms have view with next building. Near the river but no view. Hardly any establishments nearby.no car or taxi...have to stand on the road.but people r good and friendly.

In your app Room size mention is 200 sq fee but Actual Room size is 120 sq feet. Staff is not Co-operative. In suff staff Towel and bedsheet are uncle and and very poor quality. Breakfast time not a single steel spoon is there.

We ( 3 Adults) had a Deluxe room for budget of 3.7k. One double bed and one single bed available. Single Sofa. 55 inch TV It was a nice experience

its a budget hotel, so I never expected a 5 star standard, but definitely my experience in Rivera was quite satisfactory. The room, washroom was very well maintained and spicy and span. Manager and Staffs were great. The hotel has a large parking space and bed of the driver. Breakfast ( complimentary) buffet was as good as could be within the limited budget.

The hotel was absolute shit. It didn’t match even 1% with the pictures. The bathroom didn’t even have a door. The tv didn’t work. The staff was helpless and the manager didn’t care. Terrible terrible experience.

This hotel is about 4kms from the meenakshi temple, there is no food available. Hotel amenities are decent.

new hotel , clean rooms , good bathrooms, hot water, shower, tv with youtube, ac , kettle and good mattress. chair was missing but that was ok with us. for this price it was a bargain. staffs were helping. we didn't find issues with parking. location was thepakkulam. lot of shops spring up at night so it was a enjoyable eating spot. drive to meenakshi Amman temple was 15 min and you can park at temple multiple level car park near North tower (google map north tower car park ) for tiraparakundaram it was short drive . for the price the hotel offers good value. i have not seen pressure water in bathroom pipes and shower and this was good features of this hotel. no compliants. will stay again considering the value for money stay here

nice hotel in a decent locality in madurai near theppakulam. near to good restaurants. property located near thepakulam Mariamman temple/pond. Ample car parking inside the property. Rooms we opted was Deluxe, big room and family of 4 can manage without any issues. Excellent rooms, neat and clean. since it's new property bathroom and toilet was neat and clean. meenakshi temple located within 4 kms and auto and transportation facility easily accessible. no idea on food, since we didn't opted. check-in process was smooth and quick.

I recently stayed at crRivera Hotel in Madurai and had a very disappointing experience. The room lacked basic ventilation — there was no fan, and the windows were permanently locked, supposedly due to an insect problem. As a result, there was no access to fresh air, making the room extremely stuffy and uncomfortable. To make matters worse, during rainfall, water leaked through the broken window beading and started flooding the floor. We had no choice but to use the hotel towels to soak up the water throughout our stay. I have video proof of this incident, which clearly shows the poor condition of the room and the complete lack of maintenance. Definitely not worth the price or the discomfort.

The hotel is Average in terms of cleaning and airconditioner was not working properly, no fan installed in rooms , their is no regular kitchen in hotel , breakfast is brought from some other place which was very average

Location : ok complimentary break fast: worst. Very unprofessional staff. no spoons/ tumblers. used plates and tumblers were kept UNHYGENIC

The location is next to Mariamman Teppakulam Temple . Meenakshi temple is less than 5 km away. The hotel is good & neat. But the rooms are very compact like in Mumbai. You don't have any space to change clothes comfortably also. Wash rooms are very clean & appear to be new. The restaurant facility is only for breakfast. Items in breakfast were idly, vada, utappam, upma and sweet pongal, cut fruit,tea & coffee. more than sufficient. Three types of room sizes . some are in the basement also. The charges are little costly as compared to size of the room in Madurai as Rs 3000 for a box like room is on highside. You get all types of transportation from hotel including Rapido auto/ cab to Airport etc. But knowing tamil is a must in madurai. Hotel reception people are good. you don't have room service. Water bottles given are small and not sufficient. you need to pay extra for everything. Overall we felt a little costly but the premises are good

We stayed there for 3 nights...little far off from all key attractions. Quality of stay is just okay. Haven’t tasted food there., so can’t comment much...but got the accommodation at decent price
