Club Verde

Rooms were a decent size but very poor state of repair. Many cockroaches in the bathroom. Towels were threadbare was like drying with sandpaper. Only 1 litre water bottle per day for 2 guests. More is chargeable. Management not interested. All other staff were very friendly.

I selected the property because it was conveniently located close to where my purpose of visit was. quality of room and services offered were quite average. the property needs better upkeep and maintenance. Food was good.

The stay was pretty good, comfortable bed, clean rooms and fast service. I would only suggest if they good refurbish the furnitures and fill up the mini bar.

Location was bit off, properly is ok type, overall ok type premises, it is a club not like hotel, and at secluded place.

The room was renovated and everything was good especially the A. C was working well..

The room was big with clean sheets. Staff were friendly. However, there were tiny cockroaches coming out of cracks which was not comfortable at all. That needs to be taken care of.

Location and food was good but hospitality was at worst end. I didn't expected such a worst hospitality in this property

The room, and external view was great. Specially the restaurant has called us time to time to ask if we need to order any food or drinks. We also went to have some dinner in the maple room. The ambience was excellent. There's a lot of greenary and a pool outside. I would love to revisit again.

Smell was coming from room which was overwhelming otherwise it was fine and they can improve there room service as well

This club served expired beer and thereafter giving explanation that the beer didn't belong to them and the batch no doesn't match the stock lying with them.

Had a good stay. Property location was good. Staff was helpfully too. Overall good

The picture that is shown doesn't match the real rooms. Very dirty. &the rooms smells nasty. Immediately checked out. Whole money got wasted

Very good hospitality at club verde you will feel like you are at home. Only disappointment there won’t be any staff at night to answer your calls.

Stay was fabulous. Food was extra ordinary. Hospitality at its mark. The ambience is too good and the amenities very nice

Rooms were smelling. Tried to put room fresher to cover the smell. When it didn’t, advised to keep ac on so that the smell will go off. I booked room with breakfast, but had to wait for 40 mins and then was informed that it will take some more time to serve breakfast. So i left without having the breakfast with a promise to not to come back. Management should take care and refund the extra money they have taken.
