The overall review of the resort is good but there are some limitations like no vehicle to go towards the room . But the food and room services were all good and up to the point.

Location is excellent, food is good, stay is also good.

Property is of great ambience, but they are not maintaining it properly. The external 18Ampr power switch was good enough t get my EV charged overnight.But they dont have DC charger.Rooms requires a revamp its high time....

Bedsheets were not clean, it had stains on them. Also instead of a queen size bed it was 2 single sized put together. And the room was below ground floor ( -2 floor ) with no proper view of the valley. Dinner and breakfast was nice. The pool was also nice. The resort is also easily reachable and is in a beautiful place. The resort staffs were helpful.

Hospitality is not good. They charge an extra 35% on food for room service. Rooms are not hygienic

Normal ac rooms not worth the money they charge. Very less parking space and we didn’t did opt for food.

The stay was comfortable and the view from room was the highlight! the food was great.

Wifi was not available in room- enquired in reception - they told they will check and update but no update received. Room i got was not providing a good view. Soaps and stuffs were not in the room and provided upon request.

No room service, no basic requirements in room(no dental kit no towel, toilet is not clean) not worth for money.

I request staff to change my room but hotel staff says we can't give other services very bad bathroom not clean near to restaurant full time non veg smell

Room was comfortable and good. Wifi not available in the room. When asked about wifi, the staff mentioned that the wifi was only accessible in the lobby and restaurant. Tv channels were being recharged only on request. Not all channels were available for the guests, by default.

We don't expect this from these types of resorts room service was very bad i ask for room cleaning 6. 30 pm after 9. 30 pm they don't come that's the timing we have small children with us

Room are not clean. Roomservice is terrible. Hospitality and total service is not provided. Worst saty ever. Will not recommend for any one

When we entered the room we found used/dirty towels in the bathroom. When we opened the drawers of the cupboard noticed cigarette packets and garbages in it. Overall there was zero cleanliness. Property was good however they failed to maintain it properly.

I booked 2 rooms, in both intercom not working, tv not working in 1room, restaurant service is limited, both valley view and mountain view rooms have good view, but valley view building has just started renting and tiles/floors stains not properly polished. Overall i liked the hotel, will i book it again? not sure/may be.

Bathroom door is unable to close properly. And bedsheets are cleaned. Restaurant food was good. Staffs were good and overall an average experience.
