Thank you for your valuable feedback & liking our Resort Ambinace , Food & Hospitality however you was not happy with a few things highlighted. as the review says your AC & shower was not working , we have checked the room status while assigned you the room amenities everything was perfectly in working condition as per Checklist , even during stay there is no calll log from your end found where the concern has been raised over any issues . if still anything comes as unexpected we always try ensure to close within time frame, our guest should not struggle . Might you had no information about that . as we found the smell was of heavy room freshner not any of of the oil etc & room was perfectly clean as per standard .
