Location is very nice and have a valley view. In evening you can see clouds filling in the valley. Rooms are spacious and clean. Toilets are decent and with fresh towels and hot water. This hotel also have parking space and owner is super friendly. It is worth the money if you are looking for a comfortable and economical place to stay in munnar

Worst service provided terribly bad experience

Worst place to stay had to go down every-time to downstairs to ask for hot water caretaker was having leg injured but no replacement so we had to go downstairs no hot water for 45 minutes of waiting opening the tap. Care taker switched it on after 45 of waiting for solar no extra towel provided so asked he replied usually they don't provide. Nobody cleaned the room while we stayed extra bed was included in package but owner said otherwise. The conditions of the bed is attached please check. They used diff tone while enquired about it. no hot water at night in 12 c suggestions to owner who never visited the place in 5 years. Give respect. Provide service not just room. Who will clean? guest ? provide water for drinking tell your caretaker to switch on geyser at night and in daylight when we insisted and waited for 45 mitnues for hot water use clean bed sheet. It had bugs running here and there. Please use proper tone to customers. 0 service 0 respect 0 ownership skills 0 experience
