He shifted me to another room.. That is not my room which seen when at the time of booking..He giving me Tap water or dirty water for drinking..food taste is not good as expected

Family Ke liye Bahut Achcha Hai management and service Achhi or un ka Kitchen Bhi use kar sakte hai

Service was poor. Hot water only available at morning time. Hot water must be available for 24 hrs. Sampoo and slipping bed service is not available.

It was good for family but service is not good. And you are showing about hotel very best but when we reached their i don't like the hotel. Renovation is continue and no more guest at ram nivas. In short please show true condition of hotel

Hotel location was very good. Well connectivity. In the restaurant of this hotel, we got home made food and quality was very good.

The room is decent enough to stay. The staff are friendly and guided to visit tourist places and explore the city.

Good room facilities are there with good bed furniture and washroom for solo travel-ling lighting isn't proper although around the hotel.

Stay was good room is too small but neat and clean with clean washroom overall comfortable stay

Staying at hotel ramnivas felt like home only. Owner of the hotel was very soft spoken and helpful too. Food was like home only and with proper hygiene. I would love to stay there again whenever i travel back there.
