Room Check in time 9:30am , I would came at 10:30 am but room cleaning that time running, He can adjust another room for luggage stay temporary, I had agreed. After 12 noon waiting for my room take me but he didn't charge it. After I had lock room my luggage in this room. After I would visit in City palace. After 2:30 pm he can called me & he told Misbehave language discuss. That time I went to hotel and send room key & collect my luggage & on that time 3:00 pm exit hotel.

Bed sheet were too dirty room cleaning was not good room service was also not good the deluxe room was not deluxe facilities there was no hot water available on time the drinking water quality was very poor over all its worst visit and total wastage of money. Worst and poor service
