Review Of Hotel O Dwarika Inn

Except location, nothing is good about this hotel. Some pest control had been done just before and I literally felt like a pest in that apology for a room with a strong and dizzying smell of pesticides. The receptionist/manager never had a moment to take his eyes off his video calls and was as unhelpful and horrible as anyone could ever be. The room didn't have a lock (it was broken), the curtains were hanging loose and the bathroom was dirty and unkempt. Bedsheets and pillows too.

Worst place to stay - horrible maintenance and upkeep... Infact nothing was right from beds to doors to windows - washroom closet. The ac somehow was working to our surprise

On reaching here they ask for extra money. I had paid . When I reached here I was told that the room was Rs 1500. That's why I had to pay Rs 700 extra. Be careful before booking.

The washrooms are not in working condition and the rooms are also not good. The washroom's flush is not working. And also rain water is in the room's floor.

staff says your payable amount is low that's why we give that room(no clean bed sheet,toilet ) even ask Chai pani when I check out

Baht hi bura experience raha mera is hotel ke sath. Mera room 2 din ke lye booked tha 25 feb to 27 feb. 1628 rs main e already pay kar kar diya tha. Raat 11 baje mai, wife aur 10 month ki bachhi ke sath hotel pahuncha. Main e check in karne ko bola to hotel walon ne kaha ki apka amount bahut kam hai aapko 500 rs extra dena padega tabhi mai apko room de paunga. Main e mmt par baat ki lekin koi solution nhi nikla. Mere sath family thi isliye main e 500 rs de diye. Room milne ke baad na water bottle di gayi na towel. Behaviour bahut hi rude tha inka.

Dear team my good theft ok so sundely check my all bag open in i gone to market as j check some shirt missing. Than searching. Also i make complain b. In police station. I want full refund. Ok

There is only one glass in room, after asking for one more glass for several times, no response from hotel staffs. Mattress condition is worst. For contacting reception, we need to go to reception as inter-telecom not working

Full of cockroaches no day to day service blankets are full of smell and dark spots
