Review Of Ayra beach resort

We were given a very clean room. The room had air conditioning and hot water. The hotel owner prepared a delicious breakfast for us when we asked for it. We were very happy and will definitely come back.

We booked air conditioning room. We were compelled to take non air conditioning room with no toiletries or water. The room is under construction and my wife got sick by morning because of all dust. We reached there at midnight so we could not cancel the booking. But we did a terrible mistake booking in Aray Resort.

I had a very disappointing experience at this property. I booked an AC room in advance, but upon arrival, I was told I had to settle for a non-AC room or leave and look for another place entirely. This left me in a difficult situation, especially after making a confirmed reservation. I do not recommend this property due to the lack of professionalism and failure to honor bookings.
