Yes , we were received by a friendly neighbourhood staff Mr. Ashok. he cared a lot for us and the property also very well maintained and neat and clean. the property is located in calm and rush free area but also close to the beach 600m away you can do easy walk to access odayam beach/North Cliff, and you have a nearby bus stop and Auto rickshaw stand for public transport. Price for this property also reasonable. but if you are looking for aesthetic or Entertainment in this property it's not suggested!! i can rate it out 4/5.

Property location is nearby to cliff and beach around 10 mins by walk . It’s on main road so u can easily catch auto to railway station/bus stand . Ashok Lama sir is very friendly and took good care of our needs and he gave us papaya which was grown by him in his farm . Room was tidy and hot water is available. Nearby local restaurant like Kerala cafe and juicy cafe are good for Kerala style breakfast .

There is no power backup, they don't provide you gas, although it's a homestay, you cannot even make maggi. And icing in the cake was loud noise of rowdy boys singing in the nearby property whole night (but since the owner of the property has nothing to do with the guests, he did not turn up even once), and the simple caretaker cannot dare to stop the boys. So altogether very disappointing experience.

Great place on budget to stay in Varkala and its location is important which is closer to all places. The special note i personally loved is the staff the manager who is friendly and helpful.room cleanliness are excellent and neat

Actually the room is terrible in someway it's to hot in the room and the bedsheets are not enough cleaned and the dust in shelfs are not cleaned

Reached the property on 23/12/2023. It is an affordable stay for backpackers. Easy to access from varkala cliff and beach. Staff is gentle and service is prompt. They assisted in drying clothes and provided ice. Room and the clothes provided were clean and tidy. There was a range of food options available beyond those provided by the stay. So selected them.
