bed sheets, mattress, and blankets are not good & cleaner & they also don't take care of hygiene. OK, thank you. caretaker was not coordinating properly. i feel very bad experience in that 🏨hotel

The resort mentioned on mmt was looking very presentable. But when we reached the resort the room given to us were in very bad condition. The washroom was not good. The taps were not working properly. The bedsheets were not changed from long time. Had many stains on it. No curtains for windows were there which was very uncomfortable. The room when we entered at that very moment was totally uncleaned. I would say the overall stay was not good!

Provided infrastructure is in poor condition, house keeping is good proper parking is not available due to property is in congested location. Swimming pool is good. No comments again food due to not taken.

Restaurant was good and food was good, and rooms weren’t good, and they haven’t provided the foot mats and towels. And pool timing was from morning 9 to evening 6 only not till midnight. And hukkah wasn’t good so please don’t try there. And drinks in the premises are double the price of outside. Anyway since we were all boys so had no much problem with the rooms. Thank you mmt.

Very poor hospitality and hygiene. Staff behavior with costumer was also cathartic. Hotel was totally different as shown. Please take care of your customer. The hotel even didn't took care we were with our families.
