    Worst experience ever. No toiletries provided . Nothing. Spa was so bad. No Acs working in rooms and spa The room on the current day was available for much cheaper tooo . So we felt no use of taking it earlier

    The most annoying is the front desk of the hotel. Some of them have very poor training. Would like to draw attention to one incident. I had some papers to be photocopied. I called the front desk from the room and they said it is free of cost. So I brought the papers to the front desk where one Mr. Jai was present. When he saw that the papers were around 20-25 he said the photocopy is not free and I should go outside. I told there are no shops in the vicinity and I was willing to pay if need be. So randomly he just blurts out Rs. 5/copy I was shocked and appalled in the way he said this, as if he wanted me not to give for photocopying! I asked him, is there any rate sheet or tariff card based on which he was saying Rs. 5/copy to which he had no answer! There is nothing of that sort and I was so **** off by the non-chalant and rude behavior of the front desk I took my papers back without photocopying! Need a lot of improvement in this department!

    The only good hotel in Gandhidham area, the hotel is good but still cannot keep up with it's reputation as an international 5star chain. Only one security guard, no security checking at the gate, the staff is needa better training. Food lacks the 5star edge. As per their standard they could do way better, but since they are the only 5star property they do not give a ****.
