now all good food also fine with me

1. Water: Water is a major concern. Although we are corporate guests, the water provided (cane water) is not suitable for consumption. 2. Food (Breakfast): The breakfast options are very limited — only one item is provided per day with no alternatives. 3. Laundry: The laundry service is also not up to standard.

Thanks for the valuable feedback . 1) Water- This is provided by URBAN ELEMENTS which has a 7 stage filter . Its the best available source in the market. 2) Laundry - Ironing Board is provided. 3) Breakfast - This provided as per the cost ascertained to the room.
My Experience After a Month of Stay:
Having stayed here for nearly a month, I’d like to share my honest perspective on various aspects of this place: 1. Connectivity: Accessibility is quite challenging. The distance from the flat to the main gate itself is over 400 meters, making it inconvenient to step out for basic needs. Due to the lack of nearby shops, we are largely dependent on quick commerce platforms like Zepto and Blinkit for daily essentials. 2. Water Supply: Bottled water is not provided. Drinking water is supplied via an RO system. However, as I’m not comfortable with the quality of this water, I rely on ordering 5L water cans regularly through online platforms. 3. Food: Breakfast is complimentary but comes with a strict budget. Only one option is offered each day, and we are required to inform the caretaker the night before about our preference. For example, if you choose bread omelette, you’ll receive only a double omelette. Any additional requests, like extra eggs, will incur extra charges. The food is average in taste—neither particularly good nor too bad. 4. Internet Connectivity: There is no dedicated router for individual rooms. A central router is installed on the main floor, with a wireless range extender placed on the upper floor. The extender provides very low speed, and although the main router’s 5GHz band offers better speed, its limited range causes frequent disconnections, especially from the middle floors. 5. Laundry Services: Laundry is charged per item—Rs. 15 for shirts/pants and Rs. 10 for smaller garments like inners and socks. Ironing facilities are not provided, so residents have to handle that themselves. Since there are no professional laundry services nearby, I’ve had no choice but to rely on the caretaker for washing clothes.

Terrible Stay
The room appears to be good, but there is no cleaning, the food is bad, the water is bad, and the person in charge is not doing anything. At night, he turns off the wifi.

We would not like you to have such an experience .We have taken a note for the same. There seems to be some kind of lacuna in the above review.
Good Stay
Food was home-cooked and good. Small issues with Shower etc. But rest of the property was good.
