Plush Studio Apartment in Palolem

I had a booking for 3+1 day, studio was okayish, could see spider web in corners, cleaning was mentioned to be done every 3rd day. Property is at 1st Floor. Canacona area is lush green so this society. Roads of Bharat Heights society need maintenance. Railway station/Bus stand is within 1km radius if it matters to anyone. Palolem Beach is around 2kms. Tv was fitted in tilted position seems technician was in hurry. No toileteries/kitchen napkins were provided as mentioned it was an "economical" stay but it's a basic thing and everyone provides it. Other than this owner provided few missing things like tea strainer and utensils scrubber. Had a stay conflict on 4th day where owner adjusted to new property which was good and cleaned in comparison but had limited kitchen utensils and equipment. Same issue was mentioned by one more couple who were planning to move in this property. Good option, if you are coming with kid/baby and need kitchen.

The stay and the place was good.

I recently stayed at KP’s Patnem Beach Apartment in Canacona, Goa, and had a pleasant experience. The apartment is located just 500 meters from Patnem Beach, making it convenient for beach visits. The unit was clean and well-equipped, featuring a comfortable bedroom, a fully functional kitchen, and a balcony with a view of the pool. The air conditioning and free Wi-Fi were reliable throughout my stay.   The complex is peaceful and offers a swimming pool, which was a great way to relax after a day at the beach. There are also several dining options nearby, providing a variety of local and international cuisines.  The host, Devesh Desai, was responsive and ensured a smooth check-in process. Overall, KP’s Patnem Beach Apartment is a great choice for travelers seeking a comfortable and convenient stay near Patnem Beach. 

Excellent stay that went beyond expectation. The apartment is very well furnished. Security is top notch since it is located in a gated society. We loved sipping tea while gazing at the lush green mountains. Food is sorted as they have partnered with bibhitaki cafe. The place is centrally located and very near to beach, market, pharmacy etc.
