Platinum Villa Hotel

No window, therefore suffocation and smell in the rooms. No lift in the property, difficulty for elders.

The room was not up to the mark. The ac was also not working properly. The staff was completely untrained. The water bottle they provided was used. The bisleri bottle was also given without the seal. They did not knew about my booking before i reached. I asked for the towels they were also unwashed and unhygenic.

Hotel was not according as photograph. Gas gizer was not working well

Room was not the one which was showed in picture. So smelly, walls were filled with litter, if want to use ac, cannot use geyser. And if want to use geyser, cannot use ac. So suffocating room.

Small rooms, but below hotel there are lots of option for food and others. Seems ok for very small stay.

Cleaning staff is very good at their work the room store and toilet things are clean. Airconditioner and fan facilities also impressive

Cleaning very bad room very bad bathroom door lock was not working, some time become automatic locked and cant open without help. Not supporting staff. Fan regulator was not working.

Rooms are good staff is friendly

Hotel is clean rooms are best u can come anytime at hotel the staff is good and hardworking soo i don’t have to anywhere

Toilet was not clean very dirty and very smelly seriously very bad experience from make my trip next time i never book from make my trip. I already checkout
