Planters Villa Munnar

Worth for the money but little for from Munnar.

Hotel service is poor. Rooms are very small. No hill view

Room was very small. Stinky smell from quilt. No dressing table or other table in room. Bathroom had bed smell all the time. Very isolated place.

Taken care very well by the host. Caretakers were very caring and well mannered.

When checked in everything felt good I was happy see this beautiful villa and but at night and morning everything was spoiled. We were sleeping peacefully at night suddenly got up was unable sleep at 11:30 pm. I heard people chatting loudly, screaming, laughing, for about 45 minutes finally I decided get out and see 2 people were chatting and sleeping in front room door. I told then keep silence no room service boy to handle situation. No room service number to contact. Also morning got up there was no water for toilet and bathing no hot water also. I searched everywhere for room service boy whole villa but couldn't find him no room number to tell them. I searched in MMT PDF for contact number finally got. Called them someone said boy will come. Boy said motor problem we will solve problem finally water came after 20 min. No hot water, again I called he said it is come after sometime I waited for 30 min no hot water. I asked boy he said 3 litre hot water will come. Again waited for 15 min not even single drop of hot water. Finally I decided to bath with cold water in very cold weather. Because I was get late. Also my room was very small, even after booking deluxe double room. Very bad experience.

Very nicely maintained property just on the Side of a water stream. Rooms are bit smaller.

Wonderful location, located in Munnar City outer

Wonderful location amidst nature, very calm and peaceful. The villa is good well maintained and staff are friendly. Rooms are good but small, food at villa is expensive so better avoid food. It is located 14 km away from Munnar. Overall it was a good experience at the villa.

Best place for family. Safety is assured. Peaceful environment! Feel like our own home!

A very peaceful, clean and blissful environment, staff was friendly, food was good.

The location was excellent, the caretaker was nice and supportive, the facilities were ok but the food was not so good. The place was clean and secured, the room was pleasant and I can definitely recommend others.

Clean, well-maintained and private. Choose this if you have a drive, time, and a flexible schedule.

After spending six wonderful days I can honestly say it was the best decision to stay at Planters Villa. The location is great quiet and relaxed but also accessible to the main road and buses/tuk tuk. The food was fantastic and the terrace was relaxing and comfortable. On top of all, the hosts Sony the owner and Sibin made us feel so welcome, we really became friends. Highly recommended.
