Really disappointed

I travelled as a family and booked 2 rooms for 3 nights, There is only an old lady, She is innocent. she doesn't even know, How many rooms we have booked . Not even asked for any ID proof.No one is there to assist us. The bathrooms are the most affected, no proper water flow on facect , Minor electric shock if the heater is ON. one bathroom flush is not even working.Not have a proper cloth hanger or cardboard inside the room. The toilet bidet spray is fitted on the left side( it's meant for left handers I guess). I don't recommend it for anyone staying more than 1 day.
