Horrible experience with this hot

I have booked this hotel thru mm t, we have booked three room but our experience was terrific with this hotel, it is nothing than third class guest house, no hot water, single dirty towel they provide wth three adults booking, small room can not accommodate three adults, lots of mosquitos and many more trouble, please stay away with hotel if you don't want to spoil your mood. I would request mm t also for the same.
