Property is beautiful. Staff is also nice. Only hiccup was during the food order. Twice our food came uncooked but apart from this incident the experience was fine.

It was truly delightful. The rooms were really good and seemed newly built, giving a very fresh & comfortable feel. The atmosphere around the resort was calm and beautiful ☺️perfect for relaxing. What really made our stay special was the staff they were extremely kind, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. Overall it was a wonderful and heartwarming experience.

I stayed at this property recently, and it’s absolutely beautiful. It looks quite new and well maintained. During check-in, the reception staff welcomed us with a traditional khada, which made us feel happy and appreciated. I swear, this place is a night queen! The view at night is simply magical, and the property has its own unique charm after dark; it looks stunning. Breakfast was served at their open-view restaurant, which made the morning even more refreshing. We had a small issue with our dinner: the tomato soup was served cold. The staff quickly replaced it with a hot one and did so with a warm smile. Their attitude and attentiveness truly deserve appreciation. Hats off to the team and management for such wonderful hospitality!

At first, I was a little hesitant to reserve this property because there weren't many pictures or reviews online. But I'm so happy I listened to my friend who previously had stayed one of Udaan Property and suggested Udaan! The property really did live up to the hype. My wife thought it was fantastic, especially the 360-degree view of the valley. Overall, our stay was extremely satisfying, and the service was excellent. I heartily suggest this location to anyone traveling to Gangtok!

A beautiful resort is surrounded by nature. It is peaceful, clean, and comfortable. The rooms are spacious, the food is tasty, and the staff are very helpful. It is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the mountain view.

Food was very good.. Being a new property, the food was upto the satisfaction.. service was of full marks, Location is quite far from the main MG Marg, but for a leisure stay, this property is very good.. facilities are yet to be started as the name of the property mentions Spa but the spa was not there... Overall, good experience and quiet stay...
