I didn,t face any problem in this resort stay. I went to the resort for relaxation purpose. The location of the resort was very good. The resort was looking like newly constructed. The quality and quantity of the food was good The activities were conducted by the resort. The required amenities were provided in the room The WiFi facility was not provided by the resort. The room was maintained neat and clean The staff in the resort were well behaved. I was satisfied with this resort stay The transportation facility was not provided by the resort.

We 6 adults visited Lolegaon on December and stayed at Tree Fern Resort for a day. The experience was great. Most particularly the location of the Resort which gave a grandstand view of the Kangchenjunga range was spectacular. Food however could improve. Overall I shall stay there if I go again.

Booked it online through a travel website. Satisfied with its ambiance service and staff care. The owner was very friendly and helpful to us. Service was really good. One more thing food was so tasty that we had all the breakfast lunch and dinner there only Resort staff is supportive but the way to resort is quite bit awkward so take care of it.

My family and I had been on a holiday to this place in January. Our experience at this resort was very good as the room and food quality was really good. The resort was convenient to locate and it is just five minutes away from city side. There was no delay while check-in or check-out procedure. The appearance of the resort is very good and interiors are decorated nicely. The staff members were very helpful and cooperative in service. The room given to us was spacious and well maintained with all the necessary amenities which were in good condition. We did not eat lunch at the resort but had eaten breakfast which was good and delicious but price was slightly expensive. The resort had organised sightseeing trip as well but it was difficult to find a toilet for ladies during the trip. Overall the destination is good to visit and resort was comfortable to stay.
