Terrible Stay

Hotel denied to accept booking done by mm t. They refused us to give the room thru your booking. We booked room by paying almost on 50% extra to the amount paid by you. It was 12. 30 night. Lots of harrasment by booking thru you. Really pathetic. Now, we need our refund
