The Ambassador Hilltop

It was a family trip, the room was spacious and the washroom was clean. They don't have any food arrangements in the hotel, they have any facility to provide me. The hotel is safe and secured. The staff behaviour was ok. I will not recommend his property to others. Overall it was a very poor stay.

I booked this hotel but at the last moment, they have denied check-in and MakeMyTrip provides me another hotel retreat and spa, Rongay. This hotel was very far from The main market. It was not a good experience regarding change of hotel at last moment and they have provided a hotel in a remote location.

There is no mobile network in Vodafone. Even they don't provide us WiFi. Terrible. How to stay connected wide anybody. Even they gave us only 1 towel, we were 3 guest. They didn't provide us shower gel, slippers, bath table. As their hotel was new there is no facilities. As in our plan breakfast was included, instead of this they charged extra for milk and tea. Very bad. They provide us the Ambassador car for moving to MG mark. That was great. Behavior of The staff is also good. We were 3 guests and I asked for one extra mattresses. But they din't have so they gave us one extra room without any charges. Thanks for that. But you should improve your facilities guys.

Awesome is the word that describes this hotel. Felt like another home. Must go hotel when visiting Gangtok. The pick up and drop was apt. Felt like a celebrity in the ambassador car (which is like a celebrity amongst cars in Gangtok). Just loved it.
Everything was perfect as expected. The staff was hospitable, very kind, caring and entertaining. I did not face any issue related to anything. Awesome stay.

In a word, it will be superb. Food is good. The room is clean.
