Disappointed to find the beds in disarray. My previous room has been reassigned, and I've been allocated another room that's not quite up to par.

Terrible stay!

The stay was terrible. We took 2 rooms, and wanted side by side rooms. the ac in the room was not working and they shifted us to another room which was stinking and when I said this to the worker, he said he will spray room freshener in the room. I asked for another room and they gave us a room right outside the dust collection room and there were open dustbins with mosquitoes roaming all over. We originally booked for 4 days and had to vacate just after one night. And when I asked for a refund for the 3 unstayed days, they refused. And offered us our rooms back.
