Ideally a water bottle should be complimentary, I reached late to the hotel and exit early, they charge 30/- for a water bottle, toilet seat and jet was broken. Staff was rude.

Perfect for exploring city independently. Staff was knowledgeable about local area and room was cozy.

The boy at the reception initially denied us entry as he couldn't retrieve the pnr number. The linens were dirty in both rooms. They didn't send us water in spite of our repeated requests. The bathroom cistern was broken and no toiletries were provided. I had to find another accommodation for my family. But, I must say the view from the balcony was excellent

Electricity problem. And power backup was not workinh. Terrible service. They didn’t even able to make tea.
