We had a productive stay here. Room was quiet for work calls. Staff was respectful. Great choice for business purposes.

Traveling with kids can be tough but this place made it simple. Good service and rooms that worked for our family.

We all had an amazing time here. Our rooms were spacious and clean. Staff was so kind to our kids and helped us with everything.

The property is located fairly close to Jhansi Railway Station — approximately 2 km — and the room initially looked clean and decent on arrival. Drinking water was provided, which was a plus. However, there were several drawbacks during my stay. There was no in-room geyser or hot water facility; only half a bucket of hot water was provided upon request from outside. Basic essentials like towels were also not given. The biggest issue was the heavy mosquito presence — I wasn’t able to sleep properly because of it, and no preventive measures seemed to be in place. Additionally, I noticed a staff member smoking in the corridor, which felt quite unprofessional and unpleasant. Overall, the location is convenient and the room appearance is decent, but the lack of basic amenities and discomfort due to mosquitoes made it an average and not-so-restful stay.

they don't have any kitchen facility but still claim deals room with free breakfast rooms are very dirty even in every rooms lots of mosquitos are there and disturbance of mouse in rooms I am strictly suggest all my traveller friend do not opted this hotel please

no food at this property amenities not available services zero. this experience is terrible. many times told the property assistance but they never bothered. There is no amenities provide as per the advertisement on this property. 1 - Hot water either drink not Bath. 2 - no food at this property 3 - No cleaning 4- Everytime to ask for the basics amenities 5 - over all experience is terrible m not going to this property again.

we visited early morning and waited at hotel gate for an hour and they didn't open. had to explore another hotel and after 1:30 hours they finally opened. gyser is not there. had a very poor experience in morning at 4:30 am.

The condition of the hotel is very bad specially bathrooms are not properly cleaned...rooms are dirty.....room services are very poor.....no resturant....have to order food from outside...we had 2days booking but stayedfor 1night only and changed hotel very next day......only positive point is location....just 5mnts from the station.....

Plenty of closet room for our family clothes. Drawers were clean and our child had space for toys and books too.

Staff taught our child about hotel safety rules in a fun way. They made learning about fire exits into a game.

This place understands what families need! Our little one felt safe and loved. We reconnected beautifully as a family.
