Too worst room they cheated me saying its villla but its a house very dirty manager prasad promised me he will return the amount but me didn't all cheater. I did-not stayed there i checked out and came

Hi Sai, The house was neat and clean, there was guest check out before your check inn and they gave very good feedback. If you wanted to challenge it is not neat and clean, pls visit and our guest house and prove it. Even I shared the guest details who stayed before you check inn to our RM. Coming to your payment, the cabcellation policy is followed and you would have been communicated on the same.
