SPOT ON Balaji Residency near Yeshwantupur Railway Station

Room is like a booth bungalow, there is not lift for the hotel. The bed is in bad condition, there is no proper lighting,

We had booked a room and later we had been around 12:45am in the midnight the lodge reception fellow started saying i have not got confirmation message in application and asked to pay the amount and later started justifying each other and lastly ge gave one small room and said please don't book the room in these applications because we don't get much amount from the booking application so next time come directly to the hotel room and stay.

Very bad bathroom, bedsheet is torned, pillow had stained, switch boards were broken. Overall experience is terrible.

Property didn't allow us, we raised for a refund. What is the status of that?

The support staff mr. Yogi helped a lot. The room was horrible. No hot hot water. No ac though i had paid for it. No tubelight but small bulb. No worth it. I won't recommend it.

Rooms are not at-all the same as it is shown in picture. It's not made for families ti stay, it is some cheap low class one night stand hotel. And if possible please remove it from the list.

Had a very brief stay for 3 hours at this hotel and i was glad that i had not chosen to spend the night here. Poor room, bedsheet was untidy, bathroom pipe was broken etc.
