I have not got AC room though I have booked. i is not that worth as It take money. The staff tells there is no Ac room despite there is having

1. The staff was rude at reception. 2. Room was not only bad but horrible. 3. room & bathroom had cockroaches & mosquitos all over. 4. The room & bathroom were unclean, having spider nets all over. mattresses were torn down. 5. all rooms in the vicinity were empty. 6. The hotel staff did not cooperate in any way whatsoever 7. Pls see the photographs 8. hotel belongs to Oyo
