Terrible Stay

Poor service, no service given as mention no hot water, no towels, unhygienic room. Saw a rat inside. No kettles for drinking hot water. Room was not ready to stay at the time of entry, wait for long time. We shifted another room because the first one they given was not meeting our requirments.
