Worst experience

Food is too worst and basic necessities are lacking. Shared balconies. Very bad experience over the years. The attenders back bite the guests which is not good. They play music at night at high volume and disturb children sleep. Won't recommend this place.

Dear Guest, I requested you to take the room in the ground floor but chose the one with common balcony. And as it was on thursday you check in you did not have any guest to share your balcony.

The location is the only good thing to talk about. The food was decent but a bit overpriced. Service was non existent, nobody to even open the gate to the property. No power back up. The whole day there was no power and the property doesn't have solar water heater. Instead of installing tv in the rooms, the owner could have invested on these things. The curtains were also quite thin making everything visible to anyone standing outside, especially at night. Probably a new property. The owner should invest on it a lot more

Sir thank you for your review. We provide quality food so you might feel costly. Sir even if there is no power lights and tv will work in ups. No solar water heaters can be used in hill stations as we don't get much solar energy. Curtains are thick n not transparent.

Food is okay. Avoid non vegetarian. Service is okay. If you plan to relax at resort morning and afternoon are quite but in evenings. Karaoke and loud music played by others may disturb you till late night. Its kind of a home-stay rather than a resort.
Room was good and well maintained but we has to face disturbance because of the shared balcony.

Excellent Stay

Stay at mystique resort was awesome. Really enjoyed the climate over there always misty morning and evening. Have a nice view from the balcony. Really good place for family especially honeymooners, care taker Mr settees is a hood person he really helped us. Everything is fine over there. It's a new property in a misty tea plantation area. Only the approach road to resort was little bit broken because of the rain had over there but it will be repair soon. So from our experience i recommend this property to all.
