Bed sheet was dirty there was dirty marks in bed sheet, no hot water in bathroom, we’re booked in ground floor room but they are not providing us the room. They provide us 2nd floor room and there is no lift it is very difficult to manage. We’re very disappointed

The location was the best part of the stay. It has a great connectivity and walkable distance from many tourist destinations. The rooms and the cleanliness were well maintained. The staffs were also very helpful. I was very amazed with their hospitality. There are many food options nearby. It is a great option to choose from in all aspects.

The location was easy to access, the caretaker was very helpful and supportive, we did not have food there and the property was very neat and tidy. Security was good, I have received all the conveniences and the room was pleasant. The service was good and I can suggest others.

Room very nice and location is fine clean and neat room. 24 hour hot water facility was provided. Wi-fi facility, drinking water was good. Walk-able distance per Kochi fort nearest hotel all is very fine.
