Terrible Stay

They provided me with false information. It was raining in goa and the space to get in the guest house was all muddy and filled with water, it was all dirty. I have booked it for vacation and not for staying at home, as i was with my wife. They should have mentioned this scenario before me booking the place or on makemytrip. When i went there, no one was there to attend us, we were trying to reach out to the contact provided and they also responded really late. After speaking to her, she arranged for a caretaker after 15 min of that. We had left that place till then. All this happened when me and my wife were standing in the rain and waiting for them to attend us and none of them were around. We are asking for a refund as we didn't stay or went to that place due to the situation explained above.
