Room is not clean,used bed sheets. Toilet not clean

Worst to super worst hotel. Only couple friendly hotel. Not good for any family, solo traveler and decent guy. Poor quality of rooms...poor service. Water supply cut down during night. Sometimes lift was not working. Dirty floor and building. I have seen only unmarried couple.Don't stay there.

Very average hotel. It is situated on the 3rd Floor of a market complex. The whole complex is very old. The amount I’ve paid is not worth the services.

I had a rather unpleasant stay at this hotel. The room was not hygienic, and the bathroom was poorly maintained. To make matters worse, there was no water available for a shower the next morning, and I had to wait until 11 AM — which was extremely frustrating. The bed was uncomfortable and not ideal for a good night’s rest. Breakfast was average at best. Overall, the experience did not meet basic hospitality standards. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves the facilities for future guests.

The room is nice and the staff is friendly, but the bathroom needs improvement.

Excellent service of shanti sadan

Location of Hotel is good; They do not serve food directly; food from.their tied-up restaurant -- MM hotel was good and okay; Services were also ok (although I didn't much require any of their services except room servicing and providing water,) One thing I would submit that hotel status and ambience, service, amenities are not compatible with the price charged. It is okay hotel but not like the price is being charged.

The hotel was not for family at all . We shifted to other hotel . It’s on 3rd floor with terrible stairs and lift

this hotel property is need to very much maintenance . the owner and staff are not helpful . they do not respect and understand problems those are facing in hotels, number of switches are not working . bathroom are not clean . the plumbing work is much needed. the bedsheet pillow and chaddar are dirty. this hotel is not having hot water facility. the height of all things is that , they are not giving any updated service even after any complaint. the management ask for any update on whatsapp

Terrible experience, smell everywhere nothing is clean

The location was on the road, so it was easily approachable. They did not offer in-house food facilities, though they allowed for online food services. Cleanliness was decent while somewhere room or bathroom components were a little uncomfortable. The staff was good. So overall it is accountable for 1-2 days of temporary stays.

Sure! Foremost, on MakeMyTrip, room size mentioned was 200+ sqft. King size deluxe room. The room I got was not even 150sqft! A literal scam. If we pay less due to MakeMyTrip coupons/offers, they only allot room as per the fare we paid, they don’t get us the room we booked! 1. Didn’t got room on time. I reached hotel at 10:30am. Room was not occupied but still Receptionist said they are waiting for existing guests to checkout. Post waiting for 30 mins I heard cleaning staff was cleaning the room. Why is this behaviour? 2. Cleanliness 😂. Bed sheet was having semen spots on it. Under the blanket there were female hairs running. 3. Toilet pot was terrible! Poop was lying there as it is no one flushed post using it. Even jet was also broken. I had to use it like I’m washing a bike, keeping one finger on the tip of jet pipe to create pressure. Horrifying experience with was.
