Very bad service provided by make my trip ap

I make booking through make my trip app of hotel shankar palace and make payment. There is two no given by hotel in booking. When i call first no it is not reachable and when i call second no the person says that it is not hotel no. I am shopkeeper and don't disturb me again by calling. I hire the auto and reach the location which is given by hotel. I ask the staff for booking. He said me that i have no booking by your name and i don't accept booking through make my trip app. The same reply given by hotel manager. Then where is my money gone.
