Location is good , walkable to Sadul museum Ample parking Rooms are huge , newly furnished with king like feel. Restaurant serves delicious breakfast and lunch.. A great find in Bikaner

Rates being charged and the way advertised, doesnt meet the level at all..property is good, staff is very cooperative but the facilities and the keeping up of the rooms is not up to mark.. priced too high for the standards it maintains...

The location of the hotel is good however amenities offered do not match the price. Hence I'll classify the property as slightly overpriced. It's newly constructed and has ample parking. The food offered is decently priced and good. The breakfast buffet was disappointing, reception confirmed the buffet timing from 7 AM to 10 AM. I reached the area at 7:15 to find nothing was ready, waited till 7:45 but still only 50% of the spread was available when I raised it the restaurant manager his response was "If somebody comes 30 mins late we allow them that's why we start late. 45 mins delay is not a big deal". What was worse is the tone and casual attitude he had towards the complaint, smiling and simply walking off. Another thing is you may end up calling them multiple times before they provide you something as basic as drinking water Overall the hotel location is good but it's facilities and services are not upto the mark.

Decent stay. Rooms are spacious and all basic facilities available. Staff is courteous. Finding location on google maps is little bit tricky which i am sure the hotel authorities will sort out.
