Even though we booked through MakemyTrip, they didn't give us the room. We paid additional money to give us the room.

No safety standards

No thermal checkup, no sanitation nothing. Good rooms but service is not that great. Water supply was interrupted, and had to wait 45 minutes to get it sorted. This happened despite calling the caretaker number thrice
