The hotel is on the road side, but it is isolated. So we won't recommend it for couples or family. And the room was fully pest infested. There is no refund policy and we vacated it on the time of check in itself and the manager was not even bothered that we left. Very bad service and food is not available . And very expensive for a pest infested room.

Our room was comfortable and the balcony faced the river that flow behind this property. The staff was cordial and helpful to deal with.

The stay is near to the deer rehabilitation centre in thenmala. I had booked the room with the balcony facing the school. There were other rooms which were facing the river in the back side of the stay. The room service was excellent and the people were helpful. It had adequate facilities compared to a 3 star hotel. I would recommend the river facing room to others who would book this stay.

They don't have restaurant service as mentioned in make my trip. Service is not so good. I won't suggest this hotel. Never again.

Room was excellent for price. Clean and tidy. Balcony had a nice view. Only drawback is it had no restaurant.

Bed should be clean and bathroom locks not working, room lock also should improve quality. Breakfast food also should improve

The lake view suite is really great! (for the view of surrounding from the room only) under maintained and poorly cleaned. The property is really a great deal for the family and for group. It would be awesome if the cleanliness and maintenance of the building / rooms are at-least to the base standards. The things i have noticed are wall paint chipped off. Easily noticeable evident dust in the blanket. The worst part is dead cockroach in the bathroom and dead wood-leech in the toilet. After asking for the room clean, they removed the dead insects but not cleaned the room floor. I don-now what does it mean of "room clean" to them. Note to hotel : just spraying the room spray, just before the entry of the guest only would not satisfy the guest. Definitely it needs an improvement in the maintenance aspect. Then its worth every penny you spend!

The place is reasonable in terms of the accommodation and hygiene levels. The staff is responsive whenever requests are made. The place lacks a restaurant. Food served as breakfast is not upto the mark. They can try to improve the customer experience.

A best stay, with spacious rooms with a cute wait room, and a very well maintained and professional staff. A very good place for a photographer, a family group get together, as it is in a good view view to the river aside. So cute one, really enjoyed the stay, and strongly recommend to others and my family and friends.

We booked some room, as we reached there, ac was faulty, they upgraded to a higher room. Friendly polite staff, no restaurant service, but they arranged food from a nearby restaurant.

The stay was average with no food options in the facility, but there are restaurants near by. You may opt if no other options are available for family. Good for bachelors and solo travellers.

Pros: the stay was good and comfortable, location is picturesque. Staff was friendly and cordial. B/f is available in house as part of package. On road property. Cons: dinner not available and have to be dependent on restaurants nearby. Linens, pillows need some up-keeping and harmless ants were there. I paid for one night, which for this stay seemed bit high.

Room everything well but missed hanging wall demand

If you are looking for a budget friendly resort with a good private space near thenmala then this one won't disappoint you. The only issue is that they don't have an in-house restaurant. But they can arrange food from nearby restaurants. Dedicated and politeness of the staff is the highlight of this resort.
