Hotel Krishna Palace

@Very bad.. All the rooms are very smelly and not clean. Even if someone gives it for free, don't take it. @ The location outside the hotel is not good. @ Room Sarvice is very bad..and water Geyser is not work properly. that's I bath cold water.. @ please give me my all Money... Refund...

it was good stay with pleasent arrangement,the electricity issue was there which need to be addressed quickly.also market is accecble which is good thing.

Pathetic service, worst ever. Staff out there were just for name sake. Till 10am morning no one can b seen in reception area not any one answers a call. Never even book this hotel. Dirty room and washroom. Staff members pathetic

While we all are now traveling, safety from corona virus still worries us. During my stay at krishna palace, i was certain that i am safe from getting infected. The staff services are amazing and are all safety measures are followed strictly. The tariff was fair and would suit any person who travels a lot.

Clean rooms and a great place. Very close to kasol. Would recommend it to everyone.

Else staff is cooperative and food is nice as per Kasol standards.

Stay was comfortable, peaceful and amazing. Rooms can be more equipped with toiletries etc and a bit more clean floor wise.

Cleanliness can be improved. The wash room was not clean.

Horrible experience. No facilities, no amenities, no services, very basic room with foam mattresses. No extra quilt/ blanket and the quilt/ blanket supplied was not sufficient to bear the cold of night in peak winter (30th December to 2nd January). No heater, no WiFi, no TV, no room kettle for drinking hot water. At 12 midnight, a drunken/ under the influence of narcotics/ weeds, room service staff tried to force fully enter/ transpass the room and I need call MMT for rescue at such odd hours.

1. The tube light was out of order to which the bell boy said it would not work and could not be fixed. 2. Bedsheet had holes. 3. Curtains had holes. 4. Mattresses were stinking. 5. Circuit board's wiring was loose. 6. Charging point was not working and burnt. 7. There was a small table attached to the wardrobe which had countless burns of cigarettes. 8. Ceiling fan was so full of dust that the lints were falling down. 9. Washroom was also stinking, potty was very dirty. If you look at the photo, please notice the bucket inside washroom.

Hotel staff were very helpful and cooperative. But Please educate the hotels about the protocol with you. The problem I faced might be due to communication gap or misunderstanding between the hotels and your mail! Customers care attending the customer in an unsatisfactory way! It is hard to be waiting for the room allotment ( in case of any problem raised) in a very chilling weather!

I stayed in Krishna Palace Hotel. But it's neither palace nor hotel. It's a third class lodge. Rooms are totally wrecked up. Bathrooms are in very pathetic condition. Food is not good. Very disappointing experience and stay. Total waste of money.
