it was a transit stay on way back from kashmir to Delhi. the location is good near railway station. Food is decent and staff is courteous and cooperative. Bathrooms needs to be upgraded, accessories have gone old, so has the furniture and fixtures.

Location is okay, food is okay but service not okay. I told to clean the room and bed sheets but they didn't do it.
Lots of insects in the room, even on bed. I cannot sleep due to it, flush is not working, hotel staff is not supportive. Terrible stay not suggest to stay.

The ambiance, cleanliness was excellent. It's true value for money. The behavior of staff was really co-operative and helpful. Would like to share personal experience, I traveled with my mother for medical treatment she cannot walk as her knees are not working hotel staff cooperated to allot room at ground floor also they assisted us to take her to room and back to our car by helping us lift her on chair. It's was really an impressive experience in a new city, great trip. I would definitely like to visit the place again.

It’s fraud to call this hotel. It’s lodge. It’s been rated 3 stars. How can you rate a lodge a three star hotel. It’s not even open 24 hours. Employees sleep on floor in lobby at night. Water taps were leaking. Staff at sometimes were rude. Very dirty bed and quilt. Hotel romms get very noisy with just routine operations.

Bed sheets were not clear and even pillow covers were not clear, need more clear room as per the hotel is charging, WiFi details not provided at the time of Check inn .. No complementary water were provide by them

Well maintained. Clean. Good service. Nice food. Very friendly staff. They guided tour plan and saved my time and money. This was my first trip to Jammu and hotel people made me comfort. Next time definitely I'll book this hotel only.

Visited Jammu and stayed at Kings hotel. This hotel absence of basic amenities. No parking, food is high priced and not so good. Towels are very old one and toiletires having only soap. Hotel is not worthy as per their prices

Room was good, though the internet was not working, nice location, safe for a single girl to stay alone, but the room service disturbed early morning time to time for no reason. Hospitality was good. Nice food, value for money, very nearest to Jammu tawi railway station
