Good hotel, but electricity problem, other wise everything good, and staff behave also very nice

This hotel is Near by Railway station as described by MMT ,Rooms are specius neet and clean but building need renovation, Hotel room lock was not working properly,Room service is not available,even Towel,Water bottle and dustbin like basic amenities were missing .Ac also need maintenance.

Hygiene is very poor. stained pillow. Very old property.. baba adam ke time ki.. all paint has shedded..

Very bad hotel. Washrooms were not cleaned. Washroom door had no latch. They did not provide any towel or soaps. Room doors lock were not working properly. Overall we had very bad experience in this hotel

I didn't have a stay

The room was not allotted to me as the hotel receptionist told me that this hotel is full right now. I told him I have paid for this but he told me that I do not have any room. Then, I called MMT customer care service and told them about the incident and cancellation of booking with a refunded amount. Yet, I have not received any refund or information. Request MMT staff to look on the matter and process the refund as soon as possible.

The room was in pathetic condition and the shown images were good and when I entered the room I saw the pathetic condition like walls are breaks , half portion paints are broken, curtain were broken , old bedsheets and pillow covers

Worst experience I ever had in a hotel. Windows are broken, door lock were broken for most of the rooms. And stuffs were so arrogant to us. Did not help us to transfer baggages even for senior citizens. There was no lift for this property and they have allocated 4th floor room ( i.e. top floor) even if they had room available for other floors.

Remote location, insufficient staff, dirty room, dirty linen and blankets, staff doesn't have basic courtesy, no fire and safety systems, never go with family.

it's very dirty & un hygienic place. Dirty & broken washrooms, No hot water, all items like TV, AC are non working. , we need full refund for our paid money because its not worth for single rupee. We vacated place early with seeing all this, i will request all not to stay at this place as well as i will strongly request to please review hotels

Rooms are dirty also they not provide a water bottle or towel to the customer worst experience “I have never seen such a terrible hotel in my life.”

Location of hotel is nearby to jammu tawi railway station. Price is affordable and the staff is good. But rooms are not well maintained. Stay recommended to single.
