Excellent room, staffs and food everything. Property location also good because near to Mall. Overall excellent.

outside is good but rooms are very very bad.. bathrooms is not clean, and taps are damaged.. so very bad rooms

We stayed at Hotel Highway Garden, Kochi, and had a pleasant experience. The room we got was clean and well-maintained, which was a nice surprise since we had seen a few negative reviews about cleanliness before booking. In our case, it was quite the opposite — everything was tidy and comfortable. The customer service was friendly and helpful, and the food was really good. The location is excellent, easily accessible and close to the main road, with plenty of parking space available. Overall, a good stay at a reasonable price — definitely worth considering for anyone visiting Kochi.

The room was just okey. but the room's Ac is not working properly. very disappointed. I didn't recommend it anyone

What's is promised online is not in the hotel. Mug and Bucket very dirty, tub cracked and dirty. No amenities like promised online. Have stayed here before but the hotel quality is poor now

It is an old property. They do not maintain it properly. Cleanliness is the main problem. Location is good.

The rooms are so old and very bad condition. Bathroom smells. Bathroom have bathtub but we cant even let our legs on that. Its dirty and in bad shape.

The TV was not working.. The electritian was on leave. The authorities have not made an alternate arrangement.. The towels are felt so too old. Overall a just ok feel

The rooms were really badly maintained, the ac was making a very loud noise and the water was leaking. Service is extremely horrible. We asked them for water refill, even after 5 hours they did not bring it. At last we had to buy water from outside. I stayed there for 2 days, the most horrible night of my life.
