Good hotel to stay with cooperative staff

Hotel response was good, we arrived Manali at 6am and they were able to provide us room ahead of check-in time and was very much co-operative. We had some problem with windows not getting close, and guess what. They gave us another room, food was also good. Hotel staff response was also good. Provided 3-4 blankets on request.

Our trip was miserable due to poor hotel. This hotel photo shown was false photo. We were charged Rs 3, 000/-Approx by MakeMyTrip. Very sorry to see that after 70% discount also amount was so high for such a poor condition of hotel. We will never trust MakeMyTrip in future.
