The property was located in a nice area. Room were also clean. However for food service they told that we have to book in advance with hotel booking

I have mailed you guys multiple time that this booking was cancel-led already, i did not even get chance to visit this place and instead of providing me my refund amount even after asking multiple times over mail you are asking me for feedback shamelessly. Provide my refund asap. As per the policy

Terrible Stay

They denied the booking and didn't allow us to stay. At night i am searching for a hotel with my wife roaming on the streets of pune. Such a shameless and irritating moment. They didn't allowed us to stay
