Everything at the Hotel was good. Price could be a little bit low. There was no cable tt at the room and there was problem in the geyser.

Hotel is in centre of the market. Clean rooms and bathroom. Well behaved staff. Good budget Hotel. Nice views from its rooms.

1. Cocroaches and mosquitoes are present in the room. 2. No fan or air conditioners. 3. Lack of passive ventilation. 4. No power backup. 5. Lack of water supply. 6. Ill-managed, bad tempered and ill-trained staff. 7. Although 109, 110, 111 has got some good view.

Mr Niyogi, 1) At the price of a budget accommodation you should not expect a 5 star facility is only what we can say. 2) 70-80% of our customers have given us good feedback and based on that we are improving and will improve. 3) We offered you full refund during the time of check in although you choose to continue. 4) You have to respect Hills and its resources, water problem is everywhere in Hills, however we have 24 hours water supply. 5) Rainy season in hill there are all forms of insects, for mosquito we have sanitized your room with hit. 6) Hope you are not joking about air-condition? No budget Hotel has that in Hills, we have mentioned that clearly in our website. Be more judicious when you are booking next or book a 5 star or boutique hotel. 7) Our windows are 6ft/9ft. What else you need for a good ventilation? Rest the audience will judge. We respect your feedback but its not constructive.
