There was no such hotel functioning had to stay in a average room provided by the person, who responded over the phone provided in the make my trip booking confirmation voucher.

Worst ever Hotel ever booked through MMT. Full of Mosquitoes, I wish I could get back full amount. The Blanket which we got was torn. Washroom wasn't cleaned. Rooms were not as it has shown in the MMT. They will not even come for room service. Never Opt for Chandana Herbal Place.

Chandana group of hotels is the worst, they cancelled our booking at chandana herbal palace one week before and redirected us to chandana annex. The management is telling that it is the fault of Makemytrip. Chandana annex is worse, the smell from cattle shed nearby this hotel is horrible, the rooms are untidy, blankets are worn out and this place is very shabby. We had to vacate from there and complained to the management, but there response was not positive, and finally we had to pay 1000 more and take a room at another place. The room service is not good, the sofas are all torn. Never ever opt for chandana group of hotels. Hotel Sandal breeze in marayoor town offers tasty food at nominal rate.

In case you are coming to Munnar, don't stay at Marayoor ... It is far from the Munnar site seeing ... Only bsnl network is working in Marayoor ... Food is not available in this hotel ... Good restaurants are also not there nearby hotel ... Site seeing in Marayoor is also limited ...

This hotel shows up when we are searching for hotels in Munnar. This hotel is about 40 Kms away from Munnar. It has no room service, we had to repeatedly ask for water, Bath towel and soaps. The sheets were all dirty and torn there were termites on the wooden doors. These rooms are far away from the main Hotel and if at all you have any emergencies then no one is even near you to call for assistance. The place in total gave out negative vibes as though in a Haunted house. The restaurant only had one dish- a chicken curry and chapati/Rice. The area around the hotel also did not have any good restaurants. The leisure trip turned to a disastrous trip when we saw our stay and when we came to know that the stay is located 40 Kms away from Munnar. We had booked rooms for two days but we cut short our stay for a day and returned back without spending the night the second day. Never ever even think of booking this hotel and Makemytrip please remove this hotel when searching for hotels in Munnar this is just absurd when it is 40 kms away from the Munnar Town.

The room was quite big and comfortable, much better than expected. Service was fine for what was received. Has a theatre within the compound which is a plus point. Overall a good place to put up for short stays.

If you think someone is evil and deserves to go to hell. Send him to this hotel not a prison. Not Guantanamo Bay but this hotel. There is no other place in the world a person can hate his vacation more than this I swear. MAKEMYTRIP you ruined that day of my life.

Cotton bankets are not standard,woolen blankets are not our preference. location beyond MUNNAR took 90mins , do not recommend to drive after sunset. resturant is cramped.

Power went of many times and staff never bothered about us. No service from them.

Worst room. Room full of dust and no door for toilet. Unclean water in bathroom tape. Room full of bugs insects. Bad smell in room. Poor maintenance. Only the hotel located atmosphere is good. Apart from that, everything is worst. Waste of money. Had a very bad staying experience.

Overall it is the best option in town, it is good.

I had a trip with my wife and child their we had a body massage in Kerala style with new experience, even there was a nice view behind that resort, I would like to suggest to have massage in that resort, but some food facilities should be given properly and even the room service

The location was outside the town but once you reach the hotel, it's good. Good service. Amenities were adequate. Food was homely. View was amazing. Movie theatre proximity to the rooms was overwhelming. But they should also screen Hindi and English movies. Overall, a great experience.

Nice hotel. Facility was good. Thank you Makemytrip for giving me the good budgeted hotel with good facilities. The hotel bed and lightning was very good. Good customer care was there. Hotel was near by the road side. Thank you so much.

Enjoyed stay at Chandana Herbal Palace. Good ambiance, rooms well lit and ventilated, very neat and clean bathrooms and beautiful view from terrace. Enjoyed delicious food. Service provided was good. Owner and his staff were cooperative and helpful. Parking facility provided was good.
