Hotel doesnt have wifi, heater, dining area, not even the linen refreshments. The owner said cook and dhobi are sick. It was too cold we have to sleep in cold night for two days in snowing weather. I felt cheated.

The hotel staf was not good with customers they are not cooperative the service was not good they are drunk location was not so good not so bad
The hotel staf was not good with customers they are drunker they don't know how to talk too family and mainly some of the given features are not available like heaters, blankets, wifi, hot water and etc and we think they also enter in our rooms without our permission and they don't have parking space and one of then name bunty bhaya was drunk all the time

The tyagi family was of a very diabolical nature, 4 people were booking and 6 people came when we told them that you have only 4 people booking, so they talked to cooperate with us and we gave them room without taking any extra charge. He but three men of the same family started making noise with alcohol and started abusing the staff, on which we scolded them and asked them to go to the room, due to which such reviews have been posted.
