Dear guest, we have clearly mentioned that we do not take outside guests in the property, only the once who have booked it and given their id cards, hence you had to face the consequences. We have been still humble to you and managed with you and i believe that the customer can remove there frustrations on reviews which you have a free hand. To bring to your notice we treat our guests as gods and expect them to maintain the property rules.
